    Apartment listing Come rent the entire basement apartment of this beautiful numbered street home. This large apartment boasts a large family room, dining area and brand new remodeled kitchen complete with dishwasher, microwave, stove, large side-by-side refrigerator. It has two large bedrooms and a full bathroom. And also offers large capacity, washer and dryer. The home has central air conditioning and is central to everything in town (10 minutes or less from either side of town. Shopping and restaurants are at your fingertips. The homeowners reside upstairs. The downstairs is self contained with a completely separate entrance. There is immediate on street parking. Rent is $1350 per month, plus half of the utilities. Utilities range from $175 in the summer to $400 in the winter and simply spilt evenly between homeowners and basement apartment tenants. There is a monthly internet charge as well which is $45. This includes ALL utilities and internet. As noted in the description, the rent is $1350 + half of the utilities each month and a monthly fee of $45. Utilities remain in the homeowners name and screenshots of the monthly bill will be provided to ensure accuracy of the utility split. There is a home server system. The RENTER will have their own keypad lock entry/separate entrance to the home. There is a backyard and access to it for a small, approved pet if needed. It is a 12 month lease. The security deposit is also $1350 which is refundable upon the apartment being cleaned to when first rented. Rent for the each month is due by the 25th of the previous month. If the lease is broken, the security deposit is forfeited. There is on street parking immediately adjacent of the house driveway. This is a non-smoking property, but vaping is permitted. It is the tenant's responsibility to keep the apartment clean. A pet is negotiable. If permitted a pet deposit of $250 is in addition. The pet deposit is fully refundable at the end of the lease given that there are no pet odors that need to be cleaned out of the apartment.
