A washer and dryer are in the home. Each bedroom is furnished with a full sized bed, bedding, and towels and has its own secure lock. There will be a background and credit check on each tenant. This is a short term, month to month rental. It can be leased out for as little as a few weeks, or as long as 12 months. Absolutely no smoking, vaping, or tobacco use of any kind. No pets allowed. Cleaning fee of $150 due with security deposit A cleaner comes to the home every 2 weeks to clean.
