And so it happened - both kids went off to college and we can move on and explore new horizons. This was our family home for over 10 years and we love this house very much. We lived and laughed, and cheered, and cried here. Now we are looking for a great steward who would enjoy and love and care for this house as much as we did. It is a spacious house with high ceilings, filled with light and warmth. Lots of skylights, lots of windows, lots of sun! Huge living and dining space. Kitchen and breakfast/dining flow directly onto a side deck with a BBQ, fireplace and a gas heater. Full dry-erase wall makes it a great spot for homework and impromptu work sessions. Master bedroom is located on the top floor. It has a large inviting bathroom (with a skylight), a walk-in closet and a small balcony with views to both, San Francisco Bay and the ocean. Two bedrooms (with a bathroom each, one of them in-suite) on kitchen level and another very large room with its own bathroom on the ground floor. It is currently being used for an office. One of the bedrooms also has a full dry-erase white wall. The house is well suited for a roommate set-up. Loudspeakers, fireplace and lighting make it a wonderful place to hangout at night. Huge amount of storage, two-car garage, double driveway. Landscaped front yard. Internet: 1Gbps from Sonic. We plan on taking most of our furniture with us, yet there are pieces that are meant for this house. We are open to everything for the right tenant. Many things to discuss, ask, clarify.. Ideally, the new tenant would love and take care of the house for 2+ years, but we are open to consider other options. We will be moving to Mill Valley 40min away, and we'll be close at hand in case of an emergency, but we are looking for a self-sufficient tenant who won't shy away from simple house care tasks.
