Its a very friendly townhouse community, we see our neighbors a lot outside when people are out walking their dogs or playing with their children. Its a short walk through the wooded area to the basketball or tennis courts at the middle school, or a little longer to the playgrounds at the elementary school. Some people walk to the Metro stop, I prefer to drive. Our kids have multiple friends they like to visit all within a very short walk.
