WINTER/SNOWBIRD RENTAL ONLY! No tours will be given due to primarily being a short-term vacation rental Available December 1 - March 1 Welcome to Namast'ay at the Beach, the perfect place to snowbird for the winter months. This unit is a fully furnished oceanfront studio located at the Caravelle Resort. Our vacation rental is available to guests for monthly rentals only from November 1, 2025 to March 1, 2026. Rent our place and enjoy a private balcony, king-size bed, plus a fully equipped kitchen, along with the available resort amenities (heated pools, hot tubs, lazy river, fitness center). All utilities are included in the monthly price, including Wi-Fi. Less than a 90-day lease is $1,200 per month plus taxes will be added to the rent per local requirements. A one-time $175 departure cleaning fee will be added to the first month's rent. Housekeeping services with linen replacement can be added for an additional fee. Guests must allow for monthly pest control to enter the unit. They will knock, but if you don't answer, they will come into spray. No smoking/vaping on the balcony, in the condo, or on the resort property. No pets are allowed. SNOWBIRD/WINTER RENTAL ONLY The unit is available from October 1, 2025, to March 1, 2026. The Condo is NOT available for showing due to occupied vacation renters. We will not rent to third parties! Maximum occupancy: 2 guests No parties and no SMOKING of any kind, VAPING, OR PETS ALLOWED AT RESORT OR IN THE CONDO. Violation will result in eviction, fines starting at $500.00, and no refund of any monies paid or security deposit. One set of linen and towels are included with the rental. These are not to be removed from the condo. Unless you are taking them to the laundromat at the resort. No towels, bathing suits, etc. hanging from the balcony railing. Subject $200 fine. Quiet hours are 10 p.m. until 8 a.m. PARKING: The maximum number of vehicles allowed is two, you must have a permit displayed on the dashboard. (Permit will be in the unit when you arrive) Vehicles over 6'5" high and motorcycles must park in overflow parking across the street. No trailers, RVs, and campers are permitted. AMENITIES: Resort amenities may not be available at certain times due to maintenance, upgrades, or because of the time of year. Guests cannot hold the host responsible for resort-controlled amenities. No refunds or rebates will be given. Guest must sign the rental agreement and provide photo identification. The first month's rent, along with the security deposit and cleaning fee, is due upon signing the rental agreement.
