No modem/router/ethernet in condo ~Smart/Alexa controlled thermostat. Plays music also ~Roku TV ~Heated pools ~Indoor heated pool ~Hot tubs ~Onsite Laundry ~Fitness Center ~Gift Shop ~Restaurant and bar ~Located in a highly desirable area of Myrtle Beach. Family oriented, less crowded beach.~ Viewings may not be available, due to guests renting for vacation. Please view all photos. Monthly rent includes, electric, water, heat/ac, linen, stocked kitchen, FREE resort's WIFI, FREE parking, paid street parking. Starter supply of trash bags, paper products, shampoo, conditioner, bodywash. Payments are accepted through Zelle, Paypal, only. Mandatory cleanings every 2 weeks at a cost of either $50.00 per visit, or total rental amount due on the 1st of each month at $1,425.00, unless other arrangements have been made. This will include, change out of linens/towels, cleaning of ptac unit, floor care. $800.00 refundable security deposit is required when securing rental. Must provide two forms of ID **Total amount for rental is due is Nov. 15th 2026 for Dec. 2026 rent** All rent must be paid on the 1st on the following months. Jan. 2027, Feb. 2027. Late fee of $80.00 if paid after the 5th. Non payment forfeits security deposit, eviction and reported to credit bureaus. Security deposit will be returned 7 - 10 days after inspection and deep clean is done. Any damages, missing items, excessive cleaning will be deducted out of the security deposit. FREE parking. Two covered parking decks and meter pay parking on street. Close to all attractions and shopping. NO daily housekeeping. You as the guest agree to and allow for pest control, and maintenance to be performed. Refusal of these services will incur a $50.00 fine.
