The suite I have available is the main floor bedroom (14x10) with an adjoining living room/office (15x10) with fireplace, desk sofa bed and southern-facing and west facing windows. The adjacent bathroom is the main floor guest bath, and is mostly private, but house guests will occasionally use it. About the home: Near Quebec and I25, my home has a spacious layout, 4 fireplaces, 3 decks, beautiful views of the front range, located a few hundred yards west of the Landmark complex (Comedy Works). Only a 15-minute walk to Belleview RTD Light Rail station, and about 1.5 miles from King Soopers (Orchard and Holly). Off street parking. About me: I'm a 50+ Christian male, business professional and father of 3 beautiful ladies (in their 20s). I work from home when I'm not travelling. I start work at about 6am so I need quite after 10pm (on work days). I work out, eat healthy (as long as lean burgers and pizza are considered healthy) and take care of myself. I have good tolerance of others and am easy to get along with. I like to keep the kitchen and common areas neat and clean, but what you do in your own room is up to you!
