My wife and I have taken care of this home immaculately for the past seven years, but we are simply outgrowing the space. During our time here, all hardwood floors have been refinished, everything has been repainted, a second bathroom has been added to the basement, and the backyard has been completely redone (including new privacy fence, landscaping, and Chilton Flagstone fire pit). In addition, we replaced our mainline in 2009 (very important in older houses like this), so nearly all of the underground plumbing for the home is new!
