Great schools in the Galena Park School District. Excellent family home! Renter is responsible for all utilities as well as upkeep of the lawn. Lawn must be cut and edged weekly. Lights, gas, water, and Internet must be in renter's name. All tenants must be listed by name on the lease. Absolutely no sub leasing. Renters insurance is required. Pets, whether large or small, are an absolute dealbreaker, with only one exception, aquarium fish. No smoking allowed inside of the home. No drugs allowed, including marijuana, on the property at all. A violation of this will be an absolute dealbreaker. Loud music is prohibited. HOA requirements must be adhered to. Any fines issued by the HOA are the responsibility of the renter and must be paid immediately. Time is of the essence in satisfying a fine. All cars should be parked in the garage or driveway. If any cars are parked on the street they must have updated sticker registration. Anything else to be considered can be discussed and later detailed in writing before executing a lease. There will be a strict screening process used in approving a potential renter. The accepting of any application is left 100% up to the discretion of the landlord.
