An additional $500 per pet deposit is necessary. - Backyard is a blank canvas for kids to play or to build a garden - lawn maintenance will be performed bi-weekly and is included in the rent. - Large driveway for off-street ONLY parking - dogs and cats allowed with $500 pet deposit for each.
