It's a large room with a window view looking towards a nature preserve. The room is on the opposite side of the house providing a more private setting. The shared space in the house would be the kitchen and living room along with a spacious lanai patio. My house backs up to a nature preserve so there is a lot of privacy. There is a fire pit that would be accessible. The guest bathroom would be 100% private to the tenant. Any other questions please reach out to me.
