Rent is $2,300 a month, a discount will be offered with an extended lease. Security Deposit is one month's rent. Please message me for details and to schedule any tours. All paperwork/management will be completed with a Coldwell Banker property management company. Renter is responsible for all utilities and landscaping. No smoking.
