The area has a number of amenities within walking distance, including laundromats, supermarkets, dry cleaners, pharmacies, and some pretty good restaurants. We have 2 new dog runs within a 15 minute walk, as well as a major park (St. Mary's) with a jogging track, indoor year round lap pool, gym, tennis courts, and playground. Mainstream shopping can be found a short trip away at the Gateway Center, including Target, BJs, Best Buy, Home Depot, etc. About You: The ideal tenant would be someone who is professional and educated, who values coming home to a quiet and safe environment, and enjoys a casual and friendly relationship with the few other tenants in the building.
