Must be a non-smoker, and social drinker only. No DRUGS! No PETS. Must have a stable work history, stable rental history, and pass a background check. Rental cost includes all utilities (gas, eclectic and water). We believe in 2nd chances so be honest with us. We have one renter referral and she's been with us almost 3 yrs. She rents our 1st tiny we built in 2019. This isn't for everyone, so be respectful and kind. Only serious renters please.
