There's a small market in walking distance and several options for food nearby. In a short driving distance you have access to many shopping and dining options. The property has a grassy common area with a picnic table. There are trees & bushes around the property for shade and privacy. There's a maintenance crew that does daily checkups on the property to make sure everything is locked, safe and secure. Also, they're very kind and quick to respond to maintenance needs. No onsite management but our property management office is 5 minutes away. The lease can be a long-term or month-to-month lease. There's no difference in rent price for a month-to-month lease which is a great benefit for the tenant. Either way we prefer and strive to have long-term tenants. Landlord covers garbage service that includes garbage, recycling, and yard debris which is inside a locked open roof enclosure (key will be provided). The mailbox is next to the front door of the unit. This unit has an 8'x12' (approx.) storage unit that's located in the garage closest to the studio unit. There is a light and a plug for power inside the storage unit. There is an on-site laundry room that is locked (key will be provided). There's no smoking allowed inside the unit, but it is permitted on the property. There are two parking spots for this unit located in front of the garage doors. Additional parking will be on street. Pets are allowed under 40lbs.
