My current roommate moved out while I was at work left me in a real financial bind and my new roommate is not due to move in until after August 12th unless I find someone who wants to ASAP. The application fee is $50, you must pass the background check, and have verifiable income (4 paycheck stubs required). Your name would be placed on the lease as a lease holder not a occupant. Financial obligations would be 1/2 of the rent and 1/2 of all utilities. I also would require a deposit of $680 seeing as though I just experienced my current roommate bailing on me while I was at work. I would require you to sign a agreement stating what you would be required to pay and for the deposit. There is ABSOLUTELY NO DRINKING or DRUGS allowed in the apartment what you do outside of the apartment doesn t concern me but I don t want it inside of the apartment. If you have a pet there is a $250 pet fee payable to the rental office. The bedroom and bathroom picture would be your bedroom and bathroom.
