The Oversized Porch complete with comfortable seating where everyone is just content to stop on the front porch and view the hundreds of years old Oak trees. The Magnolia tree in Blossom. Flower gardens. Yet, lest I forget my manners please step into the Foyer, where you may stop to entertain or speak about business without further entering in this wide open space concept Home. Ok, snap out of it, yes, you are amazed, thank you for the compliments, oh yes you can see there beyond the Formal living area, the Large Covered Lanai, complete with a large walk in Hand Carved bar so your friends may have refreshments as you sit ready to be the perfect host and or Hostess. The Lanai has a private area for small conversations as well just off from the bar, a large area just as if you have an outside Den. A room itself with entrance to the bathroom for full convenient use. The Lovely enclosed swimming pool. The small Chalet just off of far side of the pool is actually a Sauna that seats 6 comfortably. Perfect for a nice Eucalyptus Sauna and a dip in the pool to make that one incredible experience. Still relaxed? There is a big enclosed dog yard made from 6ft. tall vinyl. What was that you asked? Oh, my yes, you can stay for Swim, take a sauna, let's play music, throw some steaks on the Barbque and a Movie on the T.V later. Relaxing still? Don't the flowers smell Heavenly?
