Seeking young professional(s) or student(s) for 2 private bedrooms in my personal home in Fountain City/Halls. You will be sharing a full bathroom with one other individual. Each bedroom is $750/month & both are currently available. Both bedrooms have been recently updated with a fresh coat of paint, ceiling fans, & new outlets/switches. Each bedroom has a spacious closet for your personal items. Shared common areas include a spacious furnished living room, dining room, large back deck, & kitchen. Hardwood floors throughout the home have all recently been refinished. There are two sets of washer/dryers in this home to ensure availability of the services to all members of the home. 5 min drive to multiple restaurants, lots of fast food joints, Walmart, YMCA, grocery stores, hardware stores, goodwill, etc. 15 min drive to downtown/UTK. I (Emily) will be your landlord and partial roommate for the summer. When I am living here, I will be residing in the finished basement. I spend a large portion of the year in Colorado with my partner but even when I am not here, I will remain your landlord and point-of-contact. $750 security deposit will be due upon signing of the lease. Ideally a 12-month lease is preferred but am open to other length leases if it suits you! (rent may be subject to change if the lease term is shorter) This is a home that requires cleanliness and proper communication with both landlord and other occupants to ensure a harmonious living environment for all who live here. Background/credit/criminal check will be required before signing a lease. Credit score of at least 630 is recommended and guarantors are happily accepted.
