Owner We just gutted this home, in 2021and rebuilt it from concrete floors to ceiling, and was completed in June 2021. All new porcelain tile, trough out and new carpeting in the 4 bedrooms. Both baths were completely rebuilt re-tiled and new plumbing floor to ceiling, with new vanities, toilets, showers, and bath tube. The kitchen was gutted and rebuilt, plumbing, electrical, gas lines, new cabinets counter-top, sink faucet, microwave. All the popcorn ceiling was removed, and all the duck work was removed and replaced. All the windows were replace with dual pane argon gas windows including the sliding patio door. The whole house was painted floor to ceiling. The main air-conditioner was replace just a couple years ago, and we replaced the other as well in 2021., and a new water heater in 2022. So the conditioner's water heater, and quite literally the entire inside of this house for all practical purposes is brand new.
