Hi there, This is a pretty sweet set up. Its 2 levels of a 3 split level home with separate entrance. It is a separate unit, only the laundry and Sauna (Sauna rarely used by us) are shared. The home is set up with significant sound control systems that divide the units including double ceilings, sound channel, insulation, and concrete floors. Right across the blind street (only 4 houses) is Redwood Regional Park! The unit features: Truly amazing views, from the entry steps you can see most of the bay area, 3 bridges on one side, turn around look at Redwood Park, Mount Diablo, and on a clear day even the Sierras! From the unit, filtered bay views through the Coastal Cypress, plus a very private orientation, with no neighbors to the south, east, west. We have great, funny, and enjoyable neighbors. Plus dogs can be off leash across the blind street, legally, under voice control. Cedar wet or dry sauna with shower, 2 decks - one huge one, about 500 sq', Hardwood floors throughout other than one bedroom with new ish carpet, kitchen and bath have tile. Sunken dining room, recessed lighting, many Floor to ceiling windows, rounded ceiling in master bedroom, New ish Paint and hardwood floors in living and dining areas, wood trim and accents, Newer stove and fridge, 8x10 storage room, Large solar system (helps keep our split PG&E bill down, pays 70 ish% of electric bills). With all utilities and water, garbage, heat, cable, internet split 50/50 comes to about 300. each a month. That's including the high winter months. Zoned heating, each floor and bath have separate heat. We can be excited about a dog in the home, this is truly dog heaven. A Dog considered with interview and references. We, my girlfriend and I may even dog sit from time to time. We lost our dog a year ago and we're not quite ready to get another one. My girlfriend and I are semi-retired and travel quite a bit, we live on the upper floor. We are people that have done a lot of inner work, retreats, workshops and even facilitate them now.
