We love hiking, gaming, movies, hanging out with friends, and our two cats. One of us is a data engineer. The other is a medical student. The third just graduated with a science degree from Cal. We're pretty tidy and communicate well in general, but particularly strong at communicating about shared spaces. As shown in the pictures, the house has a large kitchen, two living spaces, two decks, a shared storage room and a big laundry room. We share utilities. Absolutely no smoking/vaping of any kind is allowed. No pets.
