Condo is in excellent condition. Granite kitchen counter tops, stainless steel appliances, new air conditioner. Complex has two exercise rooms one for cardio and one for strength. Pool and Jaccusi. owner pays electricity. water and trash are included in rent. One dedicated parking spot and complex allows a second car for open tenant parking. I allow pets but no barking dogs. It bothers the neighbors and you can get fined by the HOA. The homeowners association says the Pet weight less than 10 pounds. An emotional support animal over 10 pounds is OK
