Metal roof installed in 2019 - lifetime warranty for original owners, 15 year warranty for a new owner. New driveway installed in July 2022 - 22 foot wide instead of standard 16 ft. Pool put in in 1988, 50 feet long, 20 feet wide with 11 foot deep end. Large stamped patio put down in 2016.
