Landlord accepts no responsibility for the maintenance, repair, or upkeep of any appliance supplied by the Tenant. Tenant agrees he/she is responsible for any damage that occurs to the Leased Premises resulting from the addition of any appliance that is supplied by the Tenant. The tenant agrees that the items specified above are the property of the Landlord and will remain with the Leased Premises at the end of this lease term.
