The apartment is a one bedroom on the second floor. Gas, water and electric are included in the price. There is parking in the back of the building. There is no laundry on site but there is a laundry mat down the street. No smoking and no pets allowed. Owner pays for Gas, electric and water. Renter is responsible for having renters' insurance. We are asking for first month, last month, and security deposit at lease signing. We are doing a 1 year lease.
