I am wanting to transfer my lease at the beautiful santa fe apartments, as I am moving on campus at my new university. I am sad to go, but duty calls. This apartment has a beautiful mountain view balcony, tons of amenities, washer and dryer hookups inside unit, and a private storage unit for each unit. Call or text me for more info! Pets are allowed! I am transferring my lease which has 8 months remaining on it. There is no deposit, as I paid one for this lease upon initiation and it rolls over to the new lease holder.
