Our Little Mermaid Cottage is a newly renovated, beautifully furnished, tastefully decorated cottage located minutes walk from the beach and a less than a 10 minutes drive to Daytona, outlet malls, International Speedway and shopping! Enjoy the tastefully decorated master, second bedroom with 2 sets of bunks beds with hotel grade mattresses. Additionally, there is one full bathroom with a sunken bathtub and large walk-in shower and an ensuite in the master. We have excellent reviews and happy to share them upon request. Looking for an extended stay tenant of a minimum of 6 months to enjoy this beautiful and peaceful bit of ocean heaven! Owner pays trash, water, electric and pest control.
