Hi, Our roommate is leaving for Bora Bora (lucky her!) in 2 weeks. We are looking for a new roommate (girl or guy/ no couple) to move with us on May 10th 2015. We have an extra cozy room, decent size (It's a 3 bedrooms apt). Room does not come furnished but the previous room is open to selling her furniture's. It can fit a Queen or Twin bed + wardrobe + night stand. We are located in a cool & quiet building. Living room and Kitchen are big. Loft style. We share 1 bathroom. Building has an amazing rooftop with BBQ grill and Laundry is in the building. We are located in East Williamsburg. The apt is on the same block as the L train Graham. 3 stops to go to Manhattan. 10 min walking distance from Bushwick, Williamsburg and Greenpoint. There are a lot of cool bar and restaurants in the neighborhood. Groceries store, convenient store, flower shop or feeling like having a tattoo? Everything is on the next block! We don't share the food but we split the cleaning supplies. We are looking for someone who's +25yo, responsible, reliable and clean. No parties in the house but you can invite guests for staying over but make sure to let us know. Communication is really important. Regarding overnight guests: please ask first. RENT IS at $1350.00- includes utilities (Gas & Electricity& Internet) DEPOSIT: 1 month rent security deposit needed. I would like to set this up as month to month for now.
