All of the wiring in the home was either inspected or updated to modern standards including completely rewiring the lower level and both upstairs bedrooms. The home has newer windows that fold in for easy cleaning and great hardwood floors throughout the upstairs. The attic has blown in insulation for greater efficiency. Neighborhood Description North College Hill has recently completed building all new schools for every grade level. This is one of the best run cities in the Cincinnati area with no debt problems. The city has eliminated all the vacant property in the area and brought in fresh new businesses to fill the space.
