We aren't sure what style our home is. It's not a traditional Tudor like most of the other homes. It has a very comfortable feel to it and is relatively more open than many of the homes in the neighborhood thanks to several updates over the years. Neighborhood Description Hollywood Santa Monica is an official Conservation district of Dallas. Most of the homes are Tudor style with a handful of Spanish thrown in. The community is politically diverse and very active. There is a large beautiful park within the neighborhood that is mostly closed off from outside the neighborhood which is great.
