Lease duration can be extended if both parties are in agreement for another 6 months. Lease will be for six month period. It's all inclusive with access to all shared spaces and amenities. With respect to guests I have no issues at all with visitors I just ask that respect be met by all parties. Rent will be due at the end of each month and if missed by 10 days an additional 100 will be required. An additional 15 for every 5 days after that. Smoking is permitted if you vape but cigarettes and any other will be done outside the home. Parking is available. If any damage to appliance, furniture or the home itself renter will be responsible for the repairs. Any issues that may arise and needs to be fixed that will be handled by myself.
