Please ask questions, Tenants are responsible for all bills, electricity, water, internet or cable, we are asking one month's security deposit, and one month's move-in deposit. The house must be please keep clean and any repairs reported to the landlord. Smoking is permitted only outdoors, not indoors. Payment must be made from a bank account tenant to a bank account landlord. We are looking for long term rent.
