The bedroom is quiet, with plenty of light and set up for studying. Would like to accept a grad or foreign exchange student. Shared kitchen, dining room, laundry, home gym. The house is kept immaculately clean and expected to be kept likewise. Street parking in front of house available. Shared utilities. I am a single woman who works from home. I do have a bf who comes over 1-2 times a week. We are quiet people and appreciate the same. (There is a rabbit living in the house but he has his own room.) No smoking, drugs, parties, overnight guests. Vaping allowed in the garage. Month to month rental. One full month's notice required before vacating. A cleaning fee will be assessed if the property is not cleaned with approval before vacating. A face to face meeting and references will be required before renting.
