There is a gardener who helps take care of the yard so it is beautiful year round. Utilities (gas and electric) as well as trash, water WiFi and some streaming services are included in the rent. We live in the main house and are available for anything you might need, but also respectful of your privacy. Property offers a private entrance on the side of the house leading to the stand alone ADU. This is a dog friendly neighborhood and we have a 1.5 year old multipoo who lives here. Hes amazing, lovable, and well trained. 1. Rent includes all utilities (gas and electric), water, trash, WiFi as well as Netflix and prime video streaming services. We also provide EV charging as needed. 2. We provide starting toiletries and essentials (including coffee/tea) so on move in day, life can be easy as you settle in. The supply is enough for about 7-10 days. 3. The guest house is on the same property as the house we live in, so if you ever need anything we are generally here to assist.
