House was updated in 2020. Except for refrigerator/freezer, all appliances including washer and dryer were new in 2020. Roof, gas furnace, water heater, double pane windows and window coverings new in 2020. No smoking/vaping or illegal drug use on premises. The two fireplaces in the house are not to be used. Lawncare (mowing) is provided twice monthly from May through September. Contact owner if changes to the yard are desired. Renter is allowed to have a cat with additional $300 damage deposit per cat. Renter must keep the the mesh strainer in the outside drain (located by the back door) free of mud and debris. Notify owner immediately if drain is backed up. No subletting is allowed. Permission of landlord must be obtained for visitors staying longer than two weeks. Tenant is responsible for all utilities, internet, phone and cell phones. No loud noises, music or disruptive activity to neighbors after 10 PM and before 7 AM. Owners reserve right to view the interior and exterior of the house twice a year at a mutually agreed date.
