The resort also has a launch ramp, local beach, convenience store and laundry facilities as well. Mobile home located in Hidden Beaches Resort. Perfect for traveling health care personnel, snow birds, out of town contractors and outdoor enthusiasts. Lease can be set up as a month to month or for 6 or more months. Landlord covers water, trash and lawn services (bi monthly during summer and as needed in winter months). Renter is responsible for gas (propane), electric (SCE) and phone and/or internet service if desired. No smoking inside the home. No pets. As part of the rental agreement, renter will need to sign a copy of the "Hidden Beaches Resort Rules" which are mostly common courtesy for all residents but establish quiet time between 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. and the operation of off road motorcycles and ATVs inside the park. Side by sides are allowed for ingress and egress to residences. There is a laundry facility in the park and a convenience store which also receives mail for all residents. Hidden Beaches provides a monthly limited Wi-Fi service that will provide a TV connection and one other device (cell phone, tablet etc). Security deposit and first month rent is due at signing. Second moth rent can be prorated should occupancy not fall on the first of the month. Rent is due on the first of each month. Rent is considered late on the 5th of each month. Late fee for rent received on the 5th of any month or after is $75. Uncovered parking is available for 2 vehicles or vessels. Maintenance issues will need to be reported to landlord as soon as possible. Maintenance of the home and home systems, that have not been damaged due to negligence, misuse or abuse of the tenant, will be covered by the landlord. The home comes furnished (linens not included) with a queen bed in the master bedroom and a full bed in the second bedroom.
