This is an older home (in need of repair, but has a new roof as of 2014 and I have the paperwork) that was built in approximately 1910 (so the auditors office says) it was remolded in 1988 (so the documents) says and I need to now sell the house to clear up my fathers estate (who passed away in Feb 2017). It is in rough shape because I had started to remove some of the old carpet, walls, etc, to do repairs but quickly ran out of money/budget. The upstairs is still in somewhat good condition, and the downstairs, well it's rough, yes, I will not lie. The basement is rather large, and it was added in sometime in the mid-60's (approx). It has a new AC (and coil) on the furnace, was installed in 2013 by Monk Heating and Cooling, the furnace is from 1995, is a Trane, installed by Certified Mechanical Company. The old garage was an apartment, but was destroyed by renters in 2012, and was just gutted, and is now a storage unit for an assortment of wood and supplies from the workshop, that the owner does not want anymore. I'm available pretty much anytime if you'd like to come over, look around, and see what you think. I'm pretty easy, and I'm going to start at 50k, simply for the size of the house, the garage and the lots that go along with the house.
