Electricity bill is tenant responsibility. Clothes Washer/Dryer in unit. Two cars can be associated with the unit for parking. Parking is in a parking lot outside the unit, spots are unassigned. Deposit due at lease signing, first month rent due prior to move-in. Enjoy living with no one else above or below you! Rent includes water, trash removal, TV service, and wifi. 1 pet is allowed. We charge an additional $50/month pet rent.
