Enjoy a walk on the beach walk facing the ocean or exercise on our small gym on premises. The condo is located in the North Shore area of Miami Beach. Many restaurants nearby in walking distance as well as grocery stores pharmacies, and small public library. Post Office about three blocks away. Close to Bal Harbour and Aventura Mall 15 minutes from South Beach. Condo requires $100 non-refundable fee for background check and $100 refundable fee for any possible damage to common areas. There is also a $75 cleaning fee. $500 refundable deposit for any posible damage to apartment returned at the end.
