The mobile home has good solid structure. All new flooring throughout the entire home. The kitchen, hallway and bathroom has new vinyl flooring. The rest of the home is bare floors, I couldn’t decide if I wanted carpet or vinyl through the rest of the home. The bathroom is new , the kitchen cabinets are updated. Updated doors and windows. New electrical service outside with a 50 amp camper hook up. New roof and skirting. I got sick and I can’t do anything more and I can’t take care of it anymore. Why spend $150,000 for a camp site in the campgrounds when uou can have an acre, it’s a corner lot , 2 blocks from the lake and it has a garage.
