You will have access to much of the acreage, for hiking, taking in views, accessing shared outdoor seating areas, etc. Amenities: Trails right out the door, sweeping views, use of a climbing rock and several benches and seating areas on the property, and an uncommon degree of peace and connection to nature. Lots of wildlife citings over the years! Dogs considered on a case-by-case basis. I'm a big dog lover and know how hard it can be to rent with one I'll do my best to work with you. No cats, sorry! The loft is accessible only by a vertical ladder, so is technically (i.e., according to building code) a storage space.
