In search of a roommate for my luxury, two floor condo in Alexandria, VA! This listing is to rent ONE PRIVATE BEDROOM AND BATHROOM but you will have access the full condo and all its amenities. This is a beautiful, newly renovated, two floor home in Alexandria. The condo is located on the top floor of the building, so no neighbors above or directly next to the unit. The unit offers ample space on both floors and comes with in-unit washer and dryer, gas fireplace, dishwasher, skylight, private deck and designated parking for two. The upper level includes a large bedroom with high cathedral ceilings, wood floors, large windows (great natural light), walk in closet and full bathroom (his and her dual sinks, bathtub, shower, and toilet). My room is on the lower level, so my roommate would have the entire upstairs level to herself, plus use of the common areas of course. Location wise we're walking distance to Kingstowne Plaza (about a 1 min drive), which includes grocery stores, movie theatre, orange theory, Starbucks, Home Goods, World Market, etc. We're also less than a 10 minute drive from Wegmans, LA Fitness, a metro station, Springfield Mall and tons of great restaurants and shops. If you're military or work on base, I'm located about 12 minutes from Fort Belvoir. I do have a German Shepherd and he's professionally trained, and will not be allowed access to the entire upper floor, so you'd have that area to yourself. He's a trained scent detection dog and we're training to get him into search and rescue as well. Cleanliness is a big priority of mine, so I groom and bathe him often and clean up after him daily. Rent includes parking, water, trash and sewage, and access to the community's gym, two pools, and other amenities. Electric, gas and internet are not included in rent price. Looking for a female roommate who has no pets, is a non-smoker, clean, courteous, respectful and will make payments on time. Lease duration is flexible. Required fee upfront is 1 month security deposit plus first month of rent. Option for room to come fully furnished if interested!
