You will also have access to our rooftop viewing deck. Electricity, water, trash and high speed internet included! One dedicated parking spot and a storage shed is provided for your bicycle or other stuff (you will be responsible for the security of your own contents). Additionally, if you want to grow your own plants, you can have 2 raised beds for your very own in our fenced garden area. I live on-site, so I'm available to help whenever you need it. 6 months lease term, will do one month term for an additional $100/month. Electric, water, trash and internet included in monthly rent. You will have a dedicated parking spot by your unit, but it is a large property so other spaces are available. Small storage shed next to your unit that you may use to store your belongings at your own risk. I am willing to give you a couple of beds in the fenced garden to grow your own plants. I will consider pets, but on an individual basis and at my complete discretion. We have wildlife/predators here. We also have chickens, so I need to consider their safety as well.
