    We are retiring, downsizing and making our home available to you, your family and guests. We will cooperate with buyers realtors. The home was originally built in 1989, with energy efficiency, my priority, R-36 in walls R- 50 ceilings and LIFETIME Tile roof (50-year warranty), duel Amana furnaces and air conditioners (which have since been replaced about 7 & 10 yrs.). We completely remodeled and updated the home, between 2005-2009 improving the open concept, with a new Great Room addition, gourmet kitchen, large formal living and dining room, and breakfast nook. The home is located at the southern end of the lake facing north, and the side yard is to the east. The views to the north and east are wonderful and add to the open concept. The pool deck is defined by concrete retaining walls (the poured retaining walls are footings and foundations to eventually enclose the pool, with a 22’ x 40’pool room and 1:12, 14 ft ceiling). The guest powder room and garage entrance are located off the Breakfast nook. The 3-car attached garage is 29’ x 24’ with ample shelves and pegboard, there is a 15’ x 8’ airconditioned workshop with benches and slop sink.
