Monthly rental available starting November 1st to June 1st - the perfect fall/winter rental. Can be furnished or unfurnished and either the full 7 months or just month to month. Owner pays for water, gas and electric up to $250 per month (gas and electric rarely exceed this amount). Rental is responsible for internet and cable if required. Can be furnished or unfurnished.
