Great hiking trails are a short walk away, along with views of the Pacific Ocean and the coastal hills to the east. Called Ocean View on the old maps, it is 2.5 miless south of Jenner and the Russian River, and 5.5 miles north of Bodega Bay where Alfred Hitchcock's movie "The Birds" was filmed. On clear evenings you can get a glimps of the "emerald" as the sun sets on the horizon from the neighborhoods own private viewing area. It is a fantastic place to live.
