It's a 2 bedroom apt (1 medium sized bedroom and one small bedroom/office) with an eat-in kitchen, a balcony off the kitchen and a dishwasher, a good sized dining room and a good sized living room, a beautiful bathroom with a deep tub. It is well appointed and renovated with details such as moldings, pocket doors between the living and dining rooms, exposed brick, saltillo tile and a skylight in the bathroom, a fireplace/mantel and exposed brick in the living room, original hardwood floors, etc. It has shared washer/dryer access. It's 1.5 blocks from the Union St stop on the R train and 9 blocks from the Atlantic stop which has the 2/3, 4/5, N, Q, B, D, R trains. It's in a great area off of 5 Ave with many of the best restaurants, cafes, etc, and great access to nearby grocery stores.
