Ivy Falls is one of the best kept secrets in the Twin Cities. Just across the High Bridge from Downtown St. Paul, it is a leafy enclave of beautiful homes. Driving time to downtown is 7 minutes; to most places in Minneapolis, 15-20 min. The kids all walk to Somerset Elementary and ride bikes to Heritage Middle School. The houses along the ravine and creek are especially fortunate as the creek land is owned by the Ivy Falls Assoc. and is so beautiful that it really should have been public parkland. The schools are excellent. All utilities are underground (no wires). Most homes are now on their second owners and the neighborhood is again populated with kids.
