While this is a gorgeous space and is priced well, this arrangement is not for everyone. First and foremost, this room does NOT include access to other parts of the home (kitchen, living spaces, etc.). Secondly, the main home is occupied by a family with kids so there will be typical family type noise at times. Room has solid rental history and is ideal for an occupant who wants the private space without paying the cost of an apartment. Room can come furnished, unfurnished, or partially furnished. Currently has an oversized dorm-style stainless fridge/freezer and microwave. Room is currently painted a sophisticated blue with a dark blue accent wall, but am willing to paint to a neutral grey/"greige" prior to occupancy if required. Background check required Would prefer a long-term tenant (12 month lease minimum strongly preferred)
