A large outdoor patio with plenty of seating and huge windows to see fantastic views of the beach on Lake Huron! Right on the beach and steps from the public beach as well. Utilities are included. No pets allowed. Plenty of parking and there is a laundry facility and pavilion with outdoor kitchen on the grounds! This cottage is a vacation home in the summers at North Shore Resort. There are a couple other cottages on the property available as well. This is a month to month for the Winter season starting October 1, 2025 until May 1, 2026. All electric, gas, trash, laundry, parking, outdoor maintenance will be charged at a flat monthly rate of $200. No smoking allowed in unit. This is a month to month rental until May 1, 2026 (June may be an option if no one has booked for Summer season). No pets allowed.
